Fish tastes great when cooked with this seasoning.

Seasoning can be added to fish soups, soups, as well as to seafood and vegetables.

Contains Phytolin™ (to reduce the glycaemic index of foods), turmeric (one of the most useful spices since ancient times), rich blend of fresh, natural herbs and spices.

NGREDIENTS: οnion, white pepper, tomato, lemon peel, turmeric, tarragon, marjoram, garlic, oregano, coriander, parsley, paprika flakes, chives, rosemary, green pepper, sage, dill, citric acid (acidifier), sugar cane extract (phytolin™).

Preparation:

sprinkle the fish (sea bass, sea bream, carp) with seasoning and salt on both sides before cooking; add some vegetable oil;
take 11 g of seasoning for 1 kg of fish.
the recommended dose of salt is 7 g for every 1 kg of fish if cut into pieces; less salt needed if the fish is whole;
cook in the preheated oven 200 ℃ for 25-30 minutes if the fish is whole and 15 minutes if fillets.

Store at a temperature from +15 to + 25 ℃ in a dark place with no more than 65% relative humidity tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
