Iron - is an important micronutrient that ensures the functioning of more than a hundred proteins and enzymes in a living organism. Iron (about 70%) is part of the complex protein called haemoglobin, which is a component of red blood cells. Its main function is to carry oxygen to all cells and tissues of the body. If the number of red blood cells decreases and the level of haemoglobin decreases, it can result in a lack of oxygen supply to the body.
Some of the reasons that contribute to a decrease in haemoglobin levels include iron deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, vitamin B9 deficiency, and vitamin C deficiency.
BioFer contains iron bisglycinate chelate, an organic form of iron that is the most easily accessible form of iron due to its chemical structure. Chelates do not require additional biochemical transformations as they are already prepared for absorption by the body. Siberian fir cell sap is a naturally concentrated plant sap extracted from needle cells; which contains a native ratio of all active ingredients of the fir tree. Recommended daily dose and instructions for use: adults take one (1) capsule one (1) time a day. Not recommended to consume coffee, black tea, milk, sour milk drinks, eggs, or cottage cheese for two hours after taking the food supplement.
