“Black Gold & Hot” (black gold) — is a concentrate in briquettes, which, when brewed, forms a hot, rich drink with a deep colour and a mild flavour. The drink is based on natural taiga Chaga.

 

Chaga, a mushroom growing on birch trees, can rightfully be called Russian wealth. For years, chaga absorbs useful substances from birch, preserving and concentrating them in itself. Only Chaga mushrooms grown on living birch trunks and in harsh climates has health benefits.

 

The healing properties of Chaga have been known in Russia since the 12th century. The mushroom was highly valued in the culture of the ancient Slavs. In China and Korea, chaga has been known for centuries as an effective remedy for ailments and is included in the list of medicinal plants recommended by traditional medicine. ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF CHAGA

 

Antioxidants are substances that neutralise damaged molecules called free radicals, thereby blocking the oxidative processes of cells and the body's ageing. Chaga has the highest ability to neutralise oxygen free radicals among all superfoods.

 

SOD (SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE) is one of the most significant antioxidants contained in chaga, belonging to the group of enzymes. These enzymes play an important role in protecting our body from the destructive effects of free radicals and uncontrolled oxidation.

 

Chaga contains SOD 20-50 times higher than other medicinal mushrooms (hydnum, matsutake, reishi, truffles, maitake, cordyceps) and more than coenzyme Q-10, beta-carotene, algae, fish oil, essential oils.
