Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card withing 30 days.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing the trader.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we will only offer credit or a refund for items if they are returned to Agenyz on a timely basis and are in the same condition in which you received them. If you do not meet these requirements, your returned item will be forfeited.

Please note that cosmetics, because of the nature of this product, is non-returnable. We can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product. 

Damaged Items

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

If an item you received form AGENYZ is damaged or defective, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and add the attachment to the email along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the replacement.

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please submit a request through our withing two (2) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.

Lost Parcels

Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
